For breakfast you'll find fresh, healthy fruit and vegetables and typical local products, prepared on the spot. Pair it all with a fresh-squeezed juice, a coffee or a cappuccino and start the day on the right foot. Thanks to the early breakfast, available from 6:30 a.m., our breakfast also suits the needs of business travelers.
We can also prepare gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan breakfasts upon request. Just ask our staff!

Cristina Milelli, a true Salento local, who shares with us all the passion for her homeland. After gaining experience in renowned restaurants in Italy and abroad, she chose to settle in Friuli, where she has been living for more than twenty years, to prepare dishes blending tradition and innovation.
